I hired High Caliber to build a prototype super high-efficiency model home. Aaron and Evan brought a great depth of experience and new technologies to the project. Their relationships with suppliers and sub-contractors and their professionalism resulted in a one-of-a-kind home that is above and beyond any other residential construction as far as quality, energy efficiency, comfort and durability. Utilizing a high-tech (ceramic/elastomeric) exterior over foam core construction and steel framing, as well as solar panels, this occupied home is consuming virtually no electrical energy off of the grid and very little natural gas, even now in the dead of winter. High Caliber provided excellent communication and a quality building system, and I highly recommend them.
