This project involved a full kitchen and bathroom remodel, plus finish upgrades throughout the condo. This condo has been owned by the same family for many years, and decades of holidays have been enjoyed there. However, it had water damage and was generally in need of some attention. We were tasked with fixing and upgrading the space while preserving the existing fireplace, which was placed in a unique configuration.

Our design team worked to create a kitchen cabinet layout that worked with the angles created by the fireplace location and find finishes that fit the colors and style of the space. The new stair handrail became a beautiful feature that highlights the existing tongue-and-groove ceiling. The new flooring, cabinetry, and tiled showers gave the whole space a fresh look while fitting with the older cabin style of the neighborhood.

During construction, we also discovered some structural concerns. We presented the clients with several options for solutions, and they chose to have us make some repairs that made the home more structurally stable. This remodel gave the clients a refreshed, safer, more functional space that they can enjoy for many years to come.
