They always responded in a timely manner to any questions we had. They listened to us and were helpful to offer a variety of solutions to whatever issue came up. They also were willing to make any corrections to items that weren’t exactly the way we wanted them. Without hesitation they came back and fixed the items we asked to have corrected. Remodeling can be a long, hard road and High Caliber made it as uncomplicated as possible.

Had a semi-remodel of the master bathroom consisting of a new shower, toilet countertop, lighting, and accessories. The professional attributes of High Caliber were fantastic from the start of design to the completion. Even though there were a few problems to deal with mold and rot under the former shower that required considerable remediation the project was still completed in the original estimated time for the remodel. Supervisor for the project always was in contact with us and handled everything to keep things moving. We especially love the new tile shower that was installed by true artists of their trade.

Perhaps the only negative would be that it took four months before High Caliber could fit our project into their schedule but the wait was worth it. If we were to plan on another project at our home we would consider High Caliber again.
