This aim of this project, located in Country Club, was to make the home more fire resistant and increase curb appeal. That involved replacing siding, trim, roofing and gutters, updating a deck and adding decorative stonework. With a “firewise” mindset we installed fiber cement siding, a metal roof, removed old dead trees and stumps and installed fire mesh to protect venting and under deck space from embers.

highlights

Knowing the materials requested by our Client, we designed a new style for the exterior, with a stone veneer on the chimneys and at the entry, and a new color scheme for the siding, trim, and roof. The biggest challenge of this project was that our clients do not live in Arizona as their main residence.

results

We worked through most of the design process remotely, and our clients entrusted us with the construction process with only a few visits. Thankfully, the project went very smoothly, and the clients were thrilled, saying “From start to finish, the experience was exceptional.”
